Job Description:

All Green Lawn Care is looking for a full-time lawn care technician. You would be responsible for fertilizing lawns and killing weeds on the lawn, treating pests, spraying trees and shrubs, aerating and seeding lawns and a few other miscellaneous tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistent, quality service to residential and commercial properties
  • Provide treatments for lawns, pests, trees, and other applications
  • Represent All Green with great customer service on each job
  • Complete a set service route each day independently, while maintaining careful, quality service

Requirements:

  • A Valid US driver's license and a clean driving record
  • State certification with MDARD is preferred but not required, we are willing to get the right candidate certified.
  • A drive to come to work every day and provide our customers with the best possible service

Compensation:

$16-$18 - hour

Commission on sales made

Paid holidays

Paid vacation and sick time
