After Business school at Michigan State University, Ed Barant started TruGreen in March 1974. By finding and vesting twenty talented, hard working and committed partners the management team advanced the business growing revenues to $42 million in 40 locations by 1986. This made TruGreen the second largest lawn care company in the industry. Ed sold his interest in TruGreen in 1986.
A year later, Ed formed All Green and along with his new management team opened and grew 20 locations to $20 million of revenue. All Green, under Ed’s direction, provides lawn care services in thirteen locations covering seven different states. The All Green legacy plan is to grow a perpetuating employee owned top three industry leading company. A cornerstone for the team to succeed is to grow business thru referrals based on consistently providing value based quality services to our customers.
